What is the return policy?

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- The product should be in resellable condition.
🔄 Exchange:
- damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos and order number.
🚚 Return Process:
- Email us at support@lakkadbaaz.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup if approved.
- Once we receive the item and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
💳 Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed only after product inspection.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
💡 Note: We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
